Purrfectly Happy New YearCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I resized to 7x5 then printed on matte card. printed the picture twice more and used foam squares to give some decoupage layers.

I used glitter paint for some highlights and Glossy Accents on the eyes.

Printed an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete this lovely set of cards.
