I printed all the sheets out on MattE photo paper. Cut out all the pieces and the sentiment I was going to use. Inked all the edges with brown chalk. Used double stick tape to mount the topper to a card base.
Used foam sticky pads to build up the decoupage. I use double stick tape to attach the insert that matches the topper. This card is absolutely adorable and can be used for many occasions. Very quick to work up.
