Magical MermaidCompleted by Linda Short

Printed on matt photo paper at slightly reduced size and placed on 7x7 scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads. Added my choice of sentiments from large selection and pretty insert. A delightful and very cute card in beautiful colours.
