I have made this birthday greeting card with an extra blank insert page, to be signed by all the members and then given to a member of the charity craft group to which I belong.

I printed the main front image twice, using the front sheet, supplied by Pam Sperling, at 10x10cm onto white 170gsm satin finished photo paper.

I used padded tape to attach this to one 11.5cm square image of the insert and used royal blue peel off strips to outline the centre image before attaching the red ribbon to the back 6.5cm up from the lower edge.

I used D.S. tape to attach the 12.5cm square royal blue and 13cm square cream backing sheets and secured the ribbon tails at the back.

I prepared the main card by printing Pink Chantilly lace, cup110659_21027 onto both sides of 170sgm white A4 photo paper, cutting it to measure 2x14cm before scoring and folding it.

I then attached the completed topper using D.S. tape and cut out all the smaller elements for the decoupage, setting them aside.

Using the same Pink Chantilly lace to print the verse I have chosen and cut this to measure 13x12.5cm, and scored and folded it to measure 13x11cm.

I attached 2 images of the supplied insert to the inside of the main card before attaching this blue edged extra insert.

I used an extra slightly larger copy paper image of the card front to cut out some of the elements to use as embellishments to complete the insert sections and used padded D.S. tape to complete the card front with the decoupage red bow and sentiment.
