I printed the card sheets onto 200gsm card and cut out the elements before trimming the border slightly on the base image to fit my red scallop-edged card blank.
I then used glue gel to add the decoupage layers and the year plaque.
Finally, I printed the insert onto laid paper, trimmed it and fixed in place using a tape roller.
