I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper and cut out the pieces. I cut and folded a card the correct size mounted the insert inside it and the main image onto the front.

I added the layers using sticky pads.

Other captions could be Happy Anniversary, A Special Couple or Congratulations. Just let me know. (This card will fit perfectly into any from Carol Clarke's 5x7 envelope kits)
