Give A Standing Ovation - Because We Care - 3D Decoupage + Matching Insert & Tag Completed by Lisa Ann Lee

I used scissors, craft knife, glue, and sticky foam tape for this card after printing on regular white cardstock. The only thing I did differently was that for the second layer of hands I cut completely around the black hands, cutting away the blue and gray.

Then I went around those edges a bit with a black permanent marker to cover up some cut lines before mounting with double sided foam tape.

I love this card for so many occasions - graduations, drivers' license, first job, doing well on an exam, job promotion, succeeding at a goal... very very versatile!
