Furry Friends & Familiars - Cats - Pretty in White Deco +tagCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I printed on matte card, I used most of the decoupage but it was not to my liking so I reprinted and only used the first layer.

I wet glued to a matching base card with the sentiment at the top.I added some butterflies, stars on the bottom, and opal glitter on the sentiment and matching glitter on the picture edge. to finish I used glossy accents on the eyes, nose and mouth.
