Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, insert, cartouche and decoupage. Attached a white and gold backing paper to a 6 x 6 card. Attached the topper and insert using DST. Put the cartouche and decoupage on with foam pads.
Then to finish added some gemstones, a ribbon and a flower.
