I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a red mat and then a dark blue card front. I added silver peel offs, some wiggly eyes to the crab and lastly a bit of glitter to the light house.

I printed out all the sheets on photopaper, cut all the items and made some parts 3D, using 3D-tape. Finally I pasted all the parts together.
