Printed onto satin paper. I cut all the decoupage elements and removed the centre section as indicated. The second layer was attached to the card front with foam tape and the decoupage with foam pads. I used a shimmer paint to highlight the flowers, feathers in the dreamcatcher and the headband. Added the sentiment and the insert. The whole card front was placed on a white scalloped card with DST.
