A really cute card for a child's birthday or to give to a friend. Includes a girl and boy floating away on party balloons, on a scalloped round easel card topper.
This unusual design is simple to make, but looks so effective & folds flat for posting.
Mini Kit includes 2 design sheets. The first has the easel card base & simple instructions & the second has decoupage layers & 2 sentiment tags to use as the easel stopper. Tag greeting is "Happy Birthday" and one left blank for your own greeting or name.
