I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to turquoise glitter card, then to a scalloped edge white square card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and insert with a dry glue stick and finished with yellow pearls to corners.
A delightful design with enough decoupage to make more then one design.
