A great design x
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a ribbon bow and my choice of sentiment to finish

I printed the sheets onto A5 glossy photo paper and mat and layered the centre image onto brushed silver card.
I matted and layered the main image onto white card, black card and then brushed silver card before attaching it to the card front.
I then built up the decoupage using 3D glue gel.
