Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue and white check paper, which I then matted onto white card.
I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.
I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to silver mirror card then on to a 14.5cms card. Layered all elements. Added silver dots to embellish. A greeting can be added when required. A great design for men.
