Printed onto matte photo paper and cut out topper, elements and insert. Placed topper on 8 x 8 scalloped card with DST. Added decoupage with foam pads and happy birthday cartouche. Then added a border for further effect. Put insert in with DST.

A very simple card to do and very modern and also very effective.
