Stepping Out Again - BallooningCompleted by Pat Mottram

I printed this the base and the decoupage of this file using matte photographic paper but for the base I preferred Glossy photographic card.

I mounted the base onto textured gold card and then onto a cream card blank.

I attached the frame using foam strips and then constructed the decoupage using silicone glue. I applied Glossy Accents to the baskets and the gemstones and light glitter using a clear glitter pen to the highlighted sections of the embellishments.

This is a lovely vibrant and very cheerful looking card, it has deep decoupage and would be suitable for either male or female,
