I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed on to Crafty Bob's gloss paper at half A4. Mounted the topper on to a white card and framed with peel offs. Layered all elements. Added a greeting to finish. A fabulous design, great for men and surf dudes...... for many different occasions.
