Little RiderCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers.

I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

I finished off the card by cutting out the Happy Birthday greeting which I affixed using foam squares at the bottom of the card.
