I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a 8x8 card base. The second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag and the Matching Insert inside.
