Print the page onto stiff card, score in between each tag and fold up as shown for a quick concertina tag.

You may like to print the lace backing sheet onto the other side.

If you can't print onto stiff card, print the backing sheet separately and glue both pieces together using glue stick.

Allow to dry thoroughly, then score and fold. The second photograph shows the concertina effect.
