I printed the tags onto card and the beads onto paper then I cut out all the elements. I attached paper string to the tags and added a small gem in the centre of the pattern.

I then glued and rolled the bead strips around a cocktail stick then threaded the bead onto the string on the tags.

I love these they are really different having the paper beads on them.
