Twist and Pop Up Card kit comes with, six sheets, twist and pop card, toppers, card front, back base panel, several card labels and base labels, base corner flowers, and a couple of matching butterflies.

I printed onto matte photo card. I made up the twist & pop mechanism then attached to the insert panel using DST. I mounted the front topper onto my card blank using DST.
I attached the insert with the twist & pop to the card then added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
