I printed onto matte card. I scored the back section then fastened to the front using wet glue. Once dry I added the insert then the decoupage pieces using foam pads.

After printing out onto 250 gram card ,i scored were needed joined using strong DST ,decoupaged with sticky pads and attached insert.
