I printed onto matte card. I fastened the 2 pieces of the base together using wet glue then left to dry. I fastened the rough cut fan sections with wet glue the left them to dry too.

I folded the base where indicated the after trimming the fan I added it using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2m foam pads.
