I added a verse to a copy of the picture before I printed on matte card, printing all elements except the insert and envelope that was printed on 100 gsm paper.

I glued the left edge of the picture onto a blank sheet of card before cutting out, added the decoupage layers with foam squares added a little glitter glue to give some highlights then cut and folded the stand and made the envelope to complete this card.

There is a lot of decoupage elements to chose from use some or all, your choice although I thought it needed most of it.
