Printed off and cut out all elements. I folded an A3 sheet of white card in half and attached the card base with wet glue and then cut out round the doily , or join 2 x A4 sheets attach card base and cut round.
I mat and layered the main topper with 3d foam pads and decoupaged the roses and finished of with birthday sentiment.
