Reduced the size slightly to fit on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of matte photo paper. After cutting away the card front and insert, I used spray adhesive to attach them to coordinating stash paper, let them dry, and cut them out again to make them more sturdy.

I scored and valley-folded the card front near the hinge, then used strong dst to attach the insert at the hinge. Added the decoupage pieces with silicone gel. For the flowers, I cut around the entire bouquet, leaving a very narrow white border to make it easier to cut out, then added another layer of just the flowers and finished with a couple of flowers in the center of the bouquet (adding all these layers with silicone gel.)

Finished with crystal giltter glue on the "diamonds", enhanced the scene with several colors of Flower Soft, and added a sentiment from Ann Marie Vaux.
