Printed on matte photo paper. I rough cut the base card and used spray adhesive to back it with a coordinating, very pastel paper (light enough to write on), then cut it out when it was dry.
Added the pyramage with silicone gel, some peel-off corners to serve as "hinges", and two pearl flowers. I love all of Ammie's vintage painted cards, but this is a definite favorite :-).
