I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the base as expected. I attached the topper to the base using double sided tape. I added the frame and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting on the back panel using double sided tape. I added the greeting on the front using thin foam tape. Beautiful card when finished and it will fit into a 7 x 7 envelope for posting.
