I printed these sheets onto photo paper at 200% and cut the elements out. I glued the base image onto the fold of a 20cm x 20cm card blank, and cut it out to make the card base.

I used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage and text plate.

I finished by gluing the tag onto white card, punched a hole and added ribbon. I finished by adding the small image inside the card.
