Printed on matte photo paper. I cut out the topper and insert along the sides and bottom, but not the tops, then used spray adhesive to attach them to a dark brown card, leaving a narrow border on those three sides.

When dry, I cut the tops.

Attached the layers with thin foam pads and added some vellum fall leaves. I didn't add the bow as I'll probably use this for a man. Very striking design, easy to make.
