I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card landscape. I then attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape.

I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. Beautiful card when finished.
