Perfect Parchments - Dahlias
An 8x8 card kit including the card front, matching card back and decoupage layers for the front.
You don't have to use all the layers, depending on how dimensional you want the finished card to be.
The sentiment tag is also provided blank so you can substitute your own greeting.
The scene of the card is faded ontl a parchment background set on a pastel tri-coloured square.
A sentiment sits on a matching rectangular tag.
Matching clusters of different sizes sit on the main card and on the sentiment tag.

There's loads of ways to use this 4 page kit, the way the designer has envisaged the kit, the way I saw the kit, and the way you see the kit.
The designers Idea is to use the back sheet as an insert, however I decided to add even more dimension, sorry! All 4 sheets were printed onto a matte photo paper, and I looked at the artwork deciding what I wanted to do with it. I took the back sheet and mounted it onto an 8x8 inch card base, then took sheet one, and cut into it, releasing the scrolls from the edges, and flowers, layering them onto the second sheet with foam pads, I then mounted the second sheet with foam pads and placed it on top of the back sheet,
The I cut out the decoupage layers, reserving the last layers, and mounting the decoupage on foam pads. Taking the last layers of decoupage I snipped in around the flower petals, before shaping them to create movement in the petals, I didnt use any foam pads for this final layer, but I did add a wet glue to the back of each flower centre, which I pressed down onto the layer below. As I didnt use foam pads, and had shaped the flowers by gluing and pressing on the flower centres I have created a very 3d card, which can be seen on the second photo.
A lovely bright and vibrant card, which will stand out from the crowd.
