I made the sentiment a little gigger before I printed on matte card, I used foam squares to add the decoupage then used sparkle dust to give a litte glimmer to the light effects and some of the water.
I printed the insert and a matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete. If I make this card again I will not add the bottom decoupage.
