I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added gems and glitter to finish. A sentiment can be added if required.

Printed on 135 gsm gloss paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a beautiful design.
