Resized the files to fit a 5 1/2" card, then printed on matte photo paper. Attached the topper and insert with dst, then bordered the card front with washi tape.

Used thin foam pads to attach the scenic plaque, then silicone gel (Pinflair Glue for very small pieces) for the decoupage (I didn't use all of the decoupage.) Finished with a bit of glitter glue on the hanging jewels.
