Resized the files to fit a 5 1/2" card, then printed on matte photo paper. Covered a card with stash paper, then attached the topper and insert with dst.

Used thin foam pads to attach the scenic plaque, then silicone gel (Pinflair Glue for very small pieces) for the decoupage (I didn't use all of the decoupage.) Added a die-cut "Love" from gold metallic paper and finished with Liquid Pearl on the pearls and a bit of glitter glue on the flower centers.
