I printed on to matte photo paper. Followed the instructions to mat all the paper layers on to a card, attaching these with double sided tape. I then mounted the topper with foam tape, and layered.

Added the sentiment, a couple of candi dots, and finished with a touch of glitter on the sea and sun rays.

Wow.... this is fabulous.... a different way of crafting for me, but I love it and will be back for more.

Printed full size, my finished card is just over 5 1/4 inches square.
