I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to white paper, then on to red card. Layered all elements. Added candi to finish. A fabulous design.

I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of red card then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
