Welcome Little One Shaped Fold Card Kit
The neutral tones of this cute card make it suitable for the birth of a boy or a girl. This flexible multi-use kit includes a choice of eight different sentiment panels plus a blank one so that you can also devise your own. You will be able to use this kit for a child?s first or second birthday as well as to celebrate the birth of a girl, a boy or twins.
This card can be used as a quick card or you can add the optional decoupage layers that are included. Even if you add all the layers, it?s still quick and easy to make so it?s handy for those last minute cards everyone always seems to need. The layers are simple and easy to cut out so it?s also ideal for any less experienced card makers. If you?ve been wanting to try making a shaped card but you are not confident about cutting out fiddly layers, or don?t have the time, this could be the kit for you.
It comes with a matching fully shaped insert and it?s own co-ordinating envelope though it is also designed to fit a standard 6x6 inch envelope if you only want to make the card. Step by step instructions are included on each of the sheets.
This kit contains FIVE sheets:
- a shaped card base sheet with sentiment panel (Welcome Little One)
- a layers sheet with the optional decoupage layers for the cute duck and sentiment panel, which includes eight different sentiment panel layers for you to choose from (Welcome Little One; A New Baby; A Baby Girl; A Baby Boy; It?s Twins!; A New Arrival; Baby?s First Birthday and Now You Are 2!); plus a blank sentiment panel so that you can also devise your own
- a fully shaped card insert sheet which has been left blank so that you can write your own greeting or message
- an envelope front sheet
- an envelope back sheet
All the sheets are 300dpi, high resolution sheets, for quality printing.

This is such a gorgeous card for a new baby. I printed the envelope sheets onto 128gsm. matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and made up the envelope using wet glue and DSST.
I printed the card sheets onto 200gsm matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and made up the card using sticky pads to add the layers.
