Welcome little oneCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to pearlescent blue card, then to a scalloped edge square white card, added topper and decoupage with pads and insert with a dry glue stick and finished with a baby rattle to top outer corner.

A little gift card and two inserts are also included with this sweet design.
