A new little Grandson. I printed onto glossy printable decoupage paper. I cut out all the elements building up the layers using pin flair glue. I used blue linen card layered with baby boy printed paper. I used one of my usual scoring techniques.

I added sentiment to one of the decoupage layers. I embellished with little gems also adding ribbon. I added a large white bow with a baby boy charm & a little blue bow with a little gem.
