A beautiful image
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a satin ribbon bow to finish

After printing onto 220 gram card i mounted on a twisted easel card , added decoupage then attached insert onto base.
