Retro Twin Girls Pretty Dresses and DecoupageCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I placed the Twin Girls 1st Birthday sentiment at the bottom.

I then used a piece of matching card with a circular aperture cut out as the insert. The white showing through the aperture can be used by my customer to write their own message.
