Oh Happy Day 3

Mounted onto white 8 x 8" card and decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents to eye, small punched flowers, my own sentiment, a co-ordinating bow with a pram charm and a stork charm dangling down, to complete I added the matching insert.
