Printed off and separated the front form the back mounted the front onto my card blank with punched bottom border and used the back as the insert (although there is an insert available separately) used dst for the tags and foam pads for the pockets, added lots of tiny pearls, co-ordinating ribbon, 2 pearl bows and a pink and brown felt teddy bear, this is just so adorable.
