I printed the sheets on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card and its matching insert (cup532894_425) to a blank white card.

I glued tiny, crystal rhinestones in the center of each blue flower and tied bright blue ribbon on each of the tags.

This is a lovely, delicate, blue card that is sure to be treasured by the recipient.
