Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert. I added some buttons and ribbon.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card, wrapping ribbon around one corner, and layered all elements. Added a bow and two sentiment tags. A gorgeous design to welcome a new baby.
