Mini Kit: Cute Baby BoyCompleted by Suzanne Kavanagh

Baby card for friends. I printed onto glossy printable decoupage paper. I built up the layers using pin flair glue. I used pale blue linen card layer with new Baby print paper. I used peel offs for sentiments. I embellished with little blue gems. I finished with the matching insert.
